We're fortunate to sell large volumes of our product, and perhaps one out of every 100,000 packs has some sort of defect
We are doing our best to acheive ZERO defects, but in production as in life "stuff happens":
- maybe the 63 year old man who keeps the papers in line (and has been doing so since he was 20) dozes off for a moment
- maybe the machine that seals the packs has a little Gremlin inside that causes one pack to not get sealed properly
When you're making lots of a product, every blue moon something strange can (and does) happen!
If you're lucky enough to get one of our few bad products please send it back to us. We need it back so we can improve future production. If you send it back to us we'll send you back 2-3 packs of the same product!
All we need is for you to send us the bad product along with a self-addressed envelope. Why the self addressed envelope? Because we're lazy, and because if we write your address there is a chance we'll make a typographical error and send it to the wrong place.
We'll put the replacment product in your self-addressed envelope, we'll stamp it and send it right back to you.
